OslOslo

OslOslo is a tiny restaurant in the old bazaar of Youngstorget. There are perhaps 25 seats, and you should expect to sit quite close to your neighbours. The food is a set menu arranged around an ingredient or a concept. We have been there for menus like Broccolini, Onion, and Potato.

The chef is experimental, and dares to go outside the conventional. Sometimes missing the mark, but often delivering new experiences.
